Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the use of the B-STAR Global Creator Audition platform (the "Service") operated by BSTAR Global Inc. ("Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to the B-STAR audition platform and all related services. "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Participant" refers to a User who has completed registration and paid the entry fee.

Article 3 (Use of Service)

Users must be at least 18 years of age (born on or before December 31, 2008) to participate. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Article 4 (Entry Fee and Refunds)

The entry fee of $3 USD is non-refundable due to the global operational nature of the Service. The entry fee is fully redistributed to all participants in the form of vouchers, discounts, and other benefits as described on the Service.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All content submitted by Participants remains the property of the respective creators. By submitting content, Participants grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content in connection with the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
